I quit my day job almost a month ago to pursue my creative design studio full time. I’ve been inspired by so many fantastic designers out there and just learning about their struggles and successes amazes me! I don’t regret quitting my day job but I do have to admit that staying motivated and disciplined is quite tough. My husband is so jealous that I get to pursue my dream while he’s seeing so called “sick” patients that’s really after Vicodin…. Anyway, the National Stationery Show in New York has been going on starting this past Sunday and it’s probably all wrapped up by now – so sad I didn’t get a chance to go this year. I went to NSS last year’s show and it was an ABSOLUTELY MOUTH WATERING experience!!!! I can’t WAIT to see what new designers debuted this year!
Here’s a little sneak peek on some custom social notecard collection I’ve been working on.

Oh my goodness… Yes! I would love for you to do a post about twigs & honey. *big smile*
That is so funny that you got in touch! I was just recently admiring your wedding photos on Brooklyn Bride blog the other day. When I navigated to your blog just now… I was like, “wait a second. I recognize this wedding!”
You do amazing work! I love everything. You whole wedding was gorgeous too. How dreamy. :)
Thank you so much for your sweet comment and I’m linking to you right now!
Congrats lovely lady!

Hello! I just came across your blog via Speckled Egg. I am utterly jealous of being able to quit “working for the man” to pursue your creativity. Good luck to you, I’m sure you’ll do fantastic, your designs are gorgeous.
Congratulations on quitting your ‘day job’ and pursuing your passion. By the looks of it, I don’t think it will take you long to find a following…your designs are gorgeous!
